THE TOOLS
Dr. Jackson’s SIGMA Assessment Systems has been creating respected assessments since 1967. SIGMA publishes a variety of psychological instruments, including measures of ability, personality, and career interest.

Victor conducted research in conjunction with Dr. Jackson throughout his undergraduate thesis and beyond and has an intimate knowledge of the power these tools provide job seekers, and the competitive advantage derived from using testing to support traditional search processes.

Victor began his career in recruitment with immediate success. His research in employee selection was accepted for publication before he graduated from University of Western Ontario in 1999, with an Honours’ Bachelor Degree in Psychology. His early success led to an academic scholarship to the University of Illinois’ and graduated with a Master’s degree from the Human Resources and Industrial Relations program in 2001. Additionally, Victor is a professor of Human Resources Management at George Brown College.
