We are currently assessing global partnerships. The objective of global partnerships is to establish an international alliance of boutique search firms to share knowledge, best practices, and cross border talent.

Currently we are opening dialogue with firms worldwide to join this potentially powerful affiliation.


The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) is the professional association informally regulating retained executive search consulting firms worldwide. This is the only accreditation that exists for retained search consulting.  SCG is currently undergoing standard application process and anticipates joining this regulatory association in 2009.
