Already we offer client and candidate partners (not
available for face-to-face interview) the option to
video-conference. We are investigating video interviews
to accompany our short-list presentation. Also, clients
have access to our powerful extranet facility and Candidate
Relationship Management Software.

to share knowledge, best practices, and cross
border talent.

powerful affiliation.

The
Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC)
is the professional association informally regulating
retained executive search consulting firms worldwide.
This is the only accreditation that exists for
retained search consulting. SCG is currently
undergoing standard application process and anticipates
joining this regulatory association in 2009. |
